3. The website content. This one is very important. You need to include the relevant content based on your niche and the keywords that you are targeting. While it can increase the keyword density, you should avoid keyword stuffing at all cost. If you do this, your website might be considered as spam website and will be banned from search engines.
Another issue is duplicate content. In most cases, search engines hate duplicate content. They will filter websites with duplicate content. Hence, do not use the exact copy of one article everywhere in your website.
